Part of our healthy lifestyle is based in a good activities combined with good nutrition, considering profesional help to maintain optimized both is the best you can do and it is worthy . Since I have been having the profesional coaching from Chef Cristy , all my life improve a 100% .

Cristy help me lose weight by eating all natural and healthy foods. Throught 3 months she gave me tips on everything related to improving my blood indicators. Cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure plummeted. A lot of my eating choices were bad and/or poor in quality. Slowly they were all eliminated and replaced with better alternatives. I will always remember what she said "si yo fuera tu y continuo con la forma erronea de alimentarme, estuviera muerta del susto por las consecuencias que vendran para ti". This phrase made me do a 180 degree turn.
